I am a certified signing agent through the National Notary Association maintaining an industry background screening yearly with professional E & O coverage. Fidelity approved with eight and a half years of notary experience and well over 6500 to date in person, RON and IPEN loan closings. I am well versed in Conventional, FHA and VA loans. Refinance, Purchase, Seller, Loan Modification, Heloc and Reverse Mortgages. I have successfully completed assignments for both local and national companies including Mortgage Connect, Signature Closers, Amrock, ServiceLink, Inspire Closing, National Link, BankServ, among others. Commissioned by our Commonwealths Governor into the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and as a Commonwealth Ambassador, I am a 45 + years local resident who is semi-retired with a robust background in hospitality, banking, and security industries. I fully understand the upmost importance required in diligence, accuracy, and professional representation the first time and every time.

I provide general in person & remote online notary services, loan signing services, courier services, I-9 form verification and much more.

In order for your document(s) to be notarized the following must occur.

(1) You the signer must be present, and you must sign the document(s) in front of the notary.

(2) You must have a valid form of government issued photo identification, (driver's license, passport).

(3) Your document must be completely filled out with no blank areas, less your signature.

A notary public is a public official appointed by a state government to help deter fraud. Notary publics witness the signing of important documents and verify the identity of the signer(s), their willingness to sign the documents, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.

Administering oaths and affirmations; Notary publics offer a legal service that impacts numerous institutions. Their responsibilities include:

Taking acknowledgments of deeds and other conveyances.
Protesting notes and bills of exchange; and
Providing notice of foreign drafts.

The term “notary public” only refers to common-law notaries and should not be confused with civil-law notaries, which are lawyers who have passed their bar exam. A common-law notary who is not a lawyer is forbidden from providing legal advice.
