A little about me

 I am a certified signing agent through the National Notary Association maintaining an industry background screening yearly with $1,000,000 in E & O coverage through Berkshire Hathaway. Fidelity approved with eight and a half years of notary experience and well over 6400 to date in person, RON and IPEN loan closings. I am well versed in Conventional, FHA and VA loans. Refinance, Purchase, Seller, Loan Modification, Heloc and Reverse Mortgages. 

I have successfully completed assignments for both local and national companies including Mortgage Connect, Signature Closers, Amrock, ServiceLink, Inspire Closing, National Link, BankServ, among others.

Commissioned by our Commonwealths Governor as a Kentucky Colonel, I am semi-retired with a robust background in hospitality, banking, and security industries. I fully understand the upmost importance required in diligence, accuracy, and professional representation the first time and every time.
