Our Policies

You as the client are fully responsible in understanding what the requirements are from the agency that your prints shall be sent to.

If your prints are not accepted by the agency due to unreadable impressions, you will have a maximum time of 30 days from your initial appointment to contact us and to re do the process at no charge to you.
